I am a designer-maker by training and a systems thinker by nature, born and raised in the great state of Rhode Island. I am currently living and adventuring in California, where I work as a product designer at a software startup. I graduated in 2013 from the Rhode Island School of Design with a degree in furniture design.

My background in object design has challenged me to think creatively about the best way to produce the best possible product in any given situation, no matter the medium. I maintain admittedly high standards when it comes to creating, especially permanent, physical products. I believe in execution with intention and consideration.

I absolutely value the opportunity to see things for myself, to learn firsthand. My personal interests include education policy reform, ubiquitous objects, woodworking, maps and charts, pockets, and the ocean.
